    Do you have emissions? The truck might not throw a code if you just install a test pipe instead. You'll will save $ and won't have to worry about it going missing again. I've cut the secondary cats off my last car and it was a great mod.

    Not sure about the other 49 states but here in CO salvage yards can't sell used catalytics. They are removed from all vehicles before they hit the yard.

    hadn't heard of cats being stolen.. just cant have nice things. I wish we were allowed to install an electric cattle fence like system on our cars. it would be nice to hear the squeal of a thief in the middle of the night
