All four Bilstein 5100s for $117???!!!

My one pound package just shipped from Nashville!! Can't wait to see what I get.

 

8,000 orders and not one of them that shipped weighed over a pound. Highly suspicious.

Still have yet to get a shipment confirmation/cancellation

Yet my tracker says arriving Tuesday without shipping

 

This is what they sent to me but I got a suburban gasket so....how does that happen.

Amazon needs to see this and know wrong items were shipped at the same time.

I will do so if and when I get get similar results.

 

He also said now they are trying to cancel orders but they knew they were the wrong parts from the beginning but didn't want to do that many cancelations on Amazon due to some Amazon policy

 

I contacted Amazon and told them about the situation and deliberate sending of wrong items to hundreds if not thousands of customers. It's being escalated within their customer service department so hopefully this seller gets punished.

 

1lb package just shipped from GA, due here Friday. Now I need to source a Suburban to put this new gasket on

 

I suggest that everyone go to their order details page on Amazon and leave "Seller Feedback" not "item feedback" and make note that the wrong item was shipped, rather than the order being canceled.

 

I would add that the wrong item was KNOWINGLY shipped by the seller. I stated in one of the Facebook groups that this sale and business seemed shoddy at best and I would never order from a company that would do business this way (before all the wrong items got shipped out). Turns out I was right. Not worth the hassle and aggrivation for me to even have bet $117 on it. I knew I could get my money back one way or another but had no desire to deal with the nonsense. Hope it all works out as hassle free for you all to get your money back

 

Yeah... I just got the 1 lb shipping notification !!! Good thing I didnt cancel the order for a set of Coilovers I ordered on Saturday....

 

Mine now says shipped but no tracking info provided. Can’t wait to see what I get

I got the same answer many others have received. I contacted Amazon and the seller. The Amazon rep requested 4wheelonline parts to honor the pricing as listed since the order wasn't canceled, rather the wrong part was shipped, but I'm sure that's a pipe dream. Here is their response, still no explanation for all the 1lb or less items shipped.

 

What is a 4wheel online parts store doing shipping Suburban stove gaskets in the first place? Seems like something they shouldn't even stock? Guess whole thing could of been a scam from the get go...?

 

So if I receive the wrong part, and I'm sure I will, should I return something random?

If any of you guys are in SoCal (Long Beach area) I just pulled off a set of 5100s full assembled with 2018 OEM Springs and Toytec top plate spacers....

 

It's very odd, because all these orders are shipping from 3rd party distribution centers, not directly from 4wheelonline. It would have been a believable mistake if all the same (wrong) parts were shipped, but its oddly suspicious when its a bunch of random, very lightweight and cheap-to-ship parts.

 

Maybe ship back a 80# bag of quickcrete that has already cured with a return label! If it was still powder, they would have enough returns for a slab in a new distribution center!
