2002 4.7L RCLB 4X4 2007 5.7L RCSB 4X2

I was waxing the old RCSB the other day, and I had lowered both windows without starting the truck so I could listen to the radio. When I finished up I hit the rocker switch to roll up the drivers side window, and both windows went up at the same time. It won't do this when the engine is running... has anyone else had this happen?
