Side mirror help

Can anyone tell me if I can replace my 2015 Limited DC side mirrors with ones that have a turn indicator? I was browsing Sparks Toyota website, and I see ones with a puddle light and blind spot warning. Do they have a turn signal indicator? Or the only way to get a turn indicator is with tow mirrors? Also, am I to assume they're also heated like the ones I have?

 

The mirrors on my Platinum have blind spot warning, puddle lights, auto dimming, heated and have turn signal indicators. They are not tow mirrors. I do not know if they can be retrofitted easily. I would reach out to @Roman at Toyota of Cool Springs for that answer.
