'13 White Tundra DBLCab SR5 4x4, TRD, RWP

Hey y'all! Not a new Toyota truck owner, but a new 'used' 2013 Tundra SR5 4x4 owner as of last Sat. I was just curious as to why the Tundra I just purchased doesn't have chrome bumpers, but another '13 Tundra 4x2 did? The reason I'm asking is because this is my first 'new' truck in 25 yrs. Thanks.
