Maybe I can save someone half a Saturday looking for a replacement serpentine tensioner pulley. The ones called for in the computer at Advance Auto and O'Reilly are the same and flat out wrong. I'm putting back together a timing belt replace and figured since it had a slight rattle and 135k might as well replace it. The Gates 36119 is an exact replacement and $30 bucks out the door at O'Reilly. The computers say it won't work but it is perfect. My next step would have been the complete tensioner assembly but that was $80+ and I think mine is good. The new complete assemblies have plastic in them where my original doesn't. No clue if they have the same durability. This little detail ended up being the most time consuming thing for the timing belt job. So all in all I shouldn't complain.
