Anyone else get a survey from Toyota?

I got an email from Toyota. It was a survey about the quality of the entire truck listed everything from window mouldings to engine noise and had a rating along with comments box. Just wondering how many others on here took the time to fill it out?

 

You mean after you buy a new truck? I got it and filled it out. Figured our opinion could only help us all down the line, right?

 

Yep I filled it out as well. Just thought it was odd I have never gotten one from any other manufacturer.

 

Heard one salesman's freudian slip they get a fat bonus for these responses. None of which is passed along to the purchaser.

 

I got one as I just bought a new one. The salesman really pushed getting the best rating when I was purchasing. Lucky for him things turned out well.

 

I got the survey asking about quality issues. I knit picked the hell out of it. Made sure and mentioned the lack of storage under the seats in the CM.

 

Yeah coming from a double cab. No storage under the seat is definitely a problem.

 

Same here, and also a TFS survey yesterday .
