I also upgraded my HF radio and Antenna recently to an Icom IC-7100, with a Tarheel Little Tarheel-II antenna.

I also replaced the factory antenna base, because on a trip sometime mid-2018, I broke the antenna off inside the base, and couldn't extract the remaining bits. That was a pain.

Recently purchased a used tonneau cover from the local classifieds super cheap. Had to re attach two of the clips that lock things into place but overall thrilled with the results. Bed is completely dry after some rain/snow and I can finally put my soccer gear in the bed for transport.

Yeah it did. I broke one off while off-roading in the trees. I doubt I’ll put a set back on once I bedline the truck.

So i took my 2gen shopping at its favorite place, Discount Tires.

The Nitto terra grapplers where nice and looked pretty good (up until about the last 7000 miles), but the Falken Wildpeaks and Atturo Trail blade XTs here looking really good too. Especially since i dont find myself off road often anymore.

The Atturo's sidewalls where pretty cool. They where designed by a popular knife maker says the description.

Neither where in stock and both where also on back order.. Bah!!

Apparently none of the 295/70r18 sizes were in stock. Atleast none that were sub 300ish a piece.

Kinda funny cause im not sure if i just got dupped into ordering their house brand pathfinders, lol.

They cut me a small discount so im ok with it. Now i have to just wait till Tues or Wednesday. Its gonna be a long 3/4 days.
