    Hey folks,

I got a 2002, and I’ve noticed a sweaking sound from what sounds like the back right side of the truck, I’m thinking it’s shocks or something but I don’t know much. There’s no frame rust or any other issues like that. Am I just being a hypochondriac or is this an issue? Thanks

It has 80,000 miles, I have the maintenance records from my grandparents who owned it before me and there’s nothing out of the ordinary there. I tried jumping on it and shaking it and I can’t replicate the noise. It seems to only happen on certain bumps on roads where I’m driving slow enough to not hear the V8 lol

The real story here is that you have a 2002 with only 80k... You better keep that thing!

My front end had all types of squeaks before the redo. Never had a problem with the back except this clunk-clunk on slow 90° turns (very infrequent).

Try riding in the back with someone else driving to see if you can pin point. Might be coming from the front and sound like the back.

I had the exact same issue...I would put money on worn shocks.
