Hey guys, new here! Would love some input on a brake upgrade. I have a 14 Limited and have replaced the rotors once already for a warp issue and now it looks like I have to again. I now have upgraded to a 20” wheel so I was thinking of increasing the rotor size. Has anyone gone thisroute ?Thanks in advanced

I had a 2015 with the same issue. Rotors would heat up in moderate traffic with frequent stopped traffic regardless of time or year. I could feel the pulsating and warping of the rotor gradually increasing in a short time.
But it would go away until the next time driven in same conditions .
Larger size rotors would require a complete replacement of calipers and unknown if there even made. We have the largest diameter rotors of all 1/2 ton trucks even with a 5 bolt hub.
I would suggest a top quality drilled, chamfured rotor made in the USA with matched pads for better cooling.

    TEXAS!
    back story...

had an '05 titan with rotors that belonged on a sentra... warped... warped again... replaced with frozen rotors. they are cryogenically frozen and this is no gimmick. mixed those with some green box hawk pads. i drove the pickup like i stole it, and those rotors would NOT warp.

currently own a '19 cm limited tundra. these are the best factory brakes i've ever had on a 1/2 ton pickup.

when these pads go, the whole setup will be replaced with power slot frozen rotors and green box hawks.

    unsure about increasing rotor size.
