Has anyone installed a TRD air box to get more power out of their 4.6liter motor?

    don't waste your money-just buy a K&N filter.

I am not in to exhausts, intakes, etc....

I think they do next to nothing other than sound, which is why I buy them.

With that being said, just to experiment I bought a K&N and put it in my Platinum. I swear I see a little bit of pull around 2500 to 3500 RPM. No difference in mileage but I think I picked up a little mid range with the K&N.

Different motor but maybe worth a try?
