2018 TRD sport CM. 3/2 spacer level, diff drop kit. This clinking sound started to appear on takeoff and after some turns. I thought maybe a loose sway bar? I gave it a hard shake and it did not budge. Other thought is maybe the shop didn’t tighten the front diff enough? See pics of that.

I'm not sure my spacers had a squeak to them I found that the one of the bolts was not tight enough .But not sure. :boom:

Maybe. Pounded on the skid plate, I didn’t notice anything. But obviously under stress from driving is way different

Try taking the skid plate off and driving the truck around. At least you could eliminate that possibility. Also check in the nuts and bolts that were touched during the lift install.

That’s a good idea. Just sent the noise to the shop. Hopefully they will just throw it on the lift and give it a once over. If they can’t get to me soon maybe I will do that tonight

Ok I’ll put that in my list of responses when a “what’s this noise” thread pops up.
