I checked the brake pads they still got plenty on them ..I checked also the rotors , brake pump and booster, reservoir....all your basic components ...all ok . .. no leakage...I did notice a small kind of scratch/ groove to say on the driver rotor but no marks or sign of wear on pads...

I had a '90 Celica All Trac Turbo that had a problem with the anti-lock brakes. When you first started it up (after it had been sitting for a little while) it would make a grinding noise once I started to move. It would go away after maybe 50 feet. It turns out that the computer was turning on the anti-lock brake pump to test it. Somehow a little grime had gotten into the the motor and that's what I was hearing. When I disconnected the power to the pump, I got check engine lights, but the noise didn't happen. I was able to take it apart myself and clean it up. This was outside of the hydraulic system.

That’s what I was thinking as well. My backing plates are rusted and bend easily, after doing a rotor/pad change out they started scraping...drove me crazy!

So I think I finally got to the heart of the issue .....the rear wheel bearing seems to be making a noise ...after a long diagnosed on pads , calipers , etc. ...the wheel bearing seems to have gone out which in return knock off the wheel sensor which in return is triggering the abs system....the noise i hear everytime the truck has been sitting is the computer testing the ABS system just like that Celica ....hopefully replacing the pressed on bearing will do the job and I'm praying that the shaft is not damaged from the bearing ....I will keep you guys posted

I think there is a tsb for the rear wheel bearings. Had to replace mine in my 2010. Made a grinding noise going around curves. If you search it seems common. But expensive.
