After about a month of waiting, I received my bumper. I tried to install but the holes in the bumper don't line with the frame bolts. Also, the welds look poorly done and could be the reason why the fitment is off.

After having issues from the manufacturer, I had to have all the holes shaved 1/16" inward to have proper fitment. Now I need to assemble my winch and install behind the plate.

That's the one I've been eye ballin, I was gonna weld on some diamond grate in those end areas. How was you experience with support? Also how bad are the welds? I see that one is a wide gap

I think almost all the welds are shit. N-Fab support wasn't bad, they said all the measurements that I sent them were within 1/16" off compared to their on hand inventory and that this was the first time to hear of the problem. They're options were to call the company that I ordered from to see if I could send back and that N-Fab would talk to them if needed, or to try and fix the problem, which I did because I already bought the winch and light bar. Also, the pictures that I seen online were for a single light bar, this one is a double. I think the single row looks better.

Today I attempted to install my winch and it doesn't fit between the brackets, the winch only has a 9,500lb load. Since the bumper mounting holes have been shaved, I can't send it back. The rollers also won't line up with the front bracket. Tomorrow I'm going to have the front bracket cut off so I can get this thing finished.IMAG1355.jpg

Definitely an issue. This bumper has been more of a pain in the ass than anything.
