What’s up So Cal friends. It’s been a minute (about 90 pages )since I stopped by but thought I would say hello, I miss SD like crazy and can’t wait to come visit(hopefully this summer) although don’t hold me to that @Sunnier. Things are always subject to change.

#wifm ?If I can work it those bacon, cheese stuffed burgers. I think she wants to come down there more then I do. Its been a bit of a crazy year and hopefully things start to calm down. I have some timeline issues we will need to iron out but I don't think its impossible. As of April I will have over a month of vacation at work....its just complicated on how or when I can take it. As for meet up location I am tossing out Julian..basically cause I want some apple pie ....and if I remember right if you drop down the backside its like an hour from Ocotillio but open to ideas if and when we actually finalize plans.

@Spvrtan , what's the latest on your projects? My son asks how Pluto is doing every few weeks. (I think we went a bit overboard personifying your truck.)

 

I've started building the shell/topper for the flatbed today. I should have the frame done tomorrow and after that I just need to source cheap aluminum for the panels. I also started working on my new roof rack and platform for the rear of the cab. I probably won't have those two done in time for the local San Diego Toyota meet this Sunday.

Also.. going to be selling my BudBuilt stainless steel (3/16" thickness) skids. I have the transmission skid with crossmember required for install and the gas tank skid (for 26-gal).

Yeah, right up the road. I live in the foothills and there's snow at the summit.

Yup, Pleasanton Bart. Not even sure what mountain that is. It's not Diablo. It's the small range between Castro Valley and Dublin.
