Tonite at work some idiot pulled up right next to our vehicles and tried to do a donut. Which of course ended up with his POS chevy hitting my beloved blue Tundra. To top it off the a$$ took off. SMDH Hopefully she's not down too long. So freakin mad right now it's probably best he ran.

That sucks man. Get a make and model to give police? Hope he's caught. I've done stupid shit but at least I was decient enough to fess up to my mistakes and paid the consequences of my actions. Inexcusable

 

Sucks! I feel ya. I had a hit and run. Cost me $500 deductible, i didnt have uninsured motorist. Shitty to have to pay extra for some other asshat to get off scott free. Lots of uninsured in socal if you know what i mean.

Yeah and that was the other thing! I asked about the uninsured coverage, and all it did was bring my deductible to 250! For the extra coverage cost per year, it doesn't seem worth it!

 

Dang, glad my uninsured motorist is only a $100 deductible. Still to much for an accident I didn't cause though.

I hope this blows over quickly and your truck is back good as new in no time. When I was hit in November it took a few days to sink in.

 

I know, total BS. Don't even get ne started on how insurance companies want to fix this with non-OEM parts to save money! Fucking pisses me off.

 

We have surveillance cameras, but with snowy license plates no plate number. A witness got make and model. However when we rolled the inside cameras I saw him and his friends and i am 95% certain he has no license or insurance, and the officer even said good luck finding him. We sell Beer so he will probably be back, if I see him I'm parking behind him till the police show up either way.

Yup the non oem is bs! My wife's car got rear ended and they put on a non oem bunper after I asked them not to. It fit like crap. Made them put on a oem anyway. It wasn't even close.

Feel your pain, some jackass dropped my tailgate in DC parking garage, I can only guess the dropped it on a bollard post. No idea when or where, there goes my claim the truck never had a scratch.

 

That sucks. Hopefully they come back. Just be careful. If you sell beer there they have to show ID, try and take a quick picture of it and then call the police. In today's day and age I wouldn't confront him, there are a lot of crazies.

 

A total pisser done by a piss ant. My truck got rear ended recently. Sucks. Fortunately my repair shop was legit and used OEM parts. I wanted the cheaper primed rear bumper but they had to restore like factory so I got a more expensive chrome bumper. Go figure. Hope you catch that fool/s

Just got my truck back. Looks great. Insurance put me in a dodge ram hemi, that was a turd compared to the Tundra. LOL Now to keep the drunks away from my truck (the pitfall to owning a beer store).Thank you for all the tips and well wishes.
