What’s up everyone? I have a 19 trd sport 4x4 with the bilstein shocks and sway bars. If I put a 6” lift what will happen to the shocks? Is that even possible? Thanks in advance!

6” lift you are looking at brakes lift or spacer lift. They come with extenders or u can replace and get custom made coilovers for that lift

Not real familiar with the tall lifts, but I'd imagine you'd either put a block on them or replace them with aftermarket coilovers. What're your goals as far as tire size, look, and intended use for the pickup?

I talked to Rough Country and they said the rear sway bars wouldn’t work with the 6”. I drive a lot too so I don’t think that high would be good lol. I was also thinking of doing 22s with 35s

Question on fitting my 19 TRD Offroad? Anything extra I would need to purchase?

If you want to go 6" and 35" that is the common setup. Of course you can go 22's if you want but your going to pay through your you know what for tires. They have a 7-8" for 37's as well. You could probably clear some 37's with a 6" but lets stick to basics first. Like mentioned 2 types of bracket lifts.. spacer and coil over. Spacer is much cheaper(at purchase) but could quickly become the more expensive route down the road. Coilover is more expensive at purchase but you will get a better ride quality and if in the future you ever wanted to go coil over you are not stuck spending at least 1300 on a set. Most kits will use block and longer shock for lift in the rear. There are a bunch of other options but your going to get a bit spendy if you wanted to swap out stuff. You could ditch the block and go with shackles or new leaf packs or a combination of both.

After the lift, wheels, and tires you may decide you want to re gear your truck or add a speedometer calibrater. It will be off a percentage not a set mph. So at 35 you could be doing 39 and at say 70 you could be doing 79.

    No rear sway bar.

I stand corrected. All that for the front and the put the rear contents in 1 sentence.

So say I was trying to get wheels/tires/lift with my tax return... ($4000)
Was looking at some 18s with 35s.
What route should I go to get the highest amount of lift to stay in my budget. We are only using budget for parts. @15Yota @Juanjoolio007

So of course I'm not going to be able to find any kits for 2019. On the procomp site I only find 4" 2017 kit.
    Any idea?

I would think that is pretty close to doable depending on your wheel/tire combo. I am going to say with that budget as follows:
ProComp 6 or 7 stage 1.(this is a spacer lift)
18" Method's or SCS. They fit our truck a lot better(hub centric) vs others like Fuel(lug centric)..hope i got that right
35's going to be up to you. Cooper are fairly cheap and may help you get under your budget. Lots of people like them even with their cheap prices... They don't have the high overhead like Toyo or BFG...so i have heard
BMC or CMC whichever it is. That is the body mount chop in the front. That will stop you from rubbing. Relentless on here sells plates I think for like $50. I have theirs.
    Hypertech speedo calibrater.

I was going to mention that. I happened to be looking at them to get an idea against CST for price. I noticed that they don't have any listed after 2017. Im fairly certain that our Toyota dealer uses them on the ones they lift. I bought my 15 lifted from them. I know I saw one in the last year with a 7" on it while there.

Look in your front wheel well. Their is a frame mount that the body bolts too. it is right in front of your mud flap if you have them. It will bow into the wheel well about 1-2". you line the new plate up against the frame and trace it. Cut that line and then weld the plate in. I can go grab a picture if that confused you even more.lol

Here are some pics. You can see where they were welded in. Compare to yours to see what kind of clearance you will gain.

That I am not sure about. I have seen a bunch of people complaining about them. I don't know what the dealers that are lifting trucks are doing about that.
