You’ll want one for your front after you do the back.

I’ve been thinking of rotating my sway bar to the rear of the axle. I plan on lifting the truck in the back an inch or two.

I first installed with the sway bar on the bottom. When I lifted the rear, the leafs were hitting so I had to rotate the sway bar mount to the side. The sway bar brackets would not sit flush against the axle so had to grind off a bit of the weld. I do not notice any difference in handling between mounted on the bottom or side.

How much did you lift the rear, and can we get a pic of the endlink angles?

Raised with 1.5” shackles, this is the orientation of my RSB before setting the plate true and tightening the bolts.

Just my opinion but I think you should mount it the “normal” way.

I think that the back has settled a bit since I put the shackles on but when first installed the leafs were hitting the bar at full droop. Sway bar will likely be coming off this summer rather than correct now I will just remove when I replace my suspension.
