Sorry if this has been covered, I didnt find a answer searching through various threads. I just got a 2019 Tundra just over a week ago. I decide to upgrade to LED bulbs, so I hae order Auxbeam nf-s1 h4 from Amazon. Replacing the fog lights with Auxbeam LED also. Will I need a resistor or will this work as is? I had LED headlights in my Wrangler and had to add an anitficker harness. I been looking at threads and videos on how to change the bulb, I cant believe what has to come off just to change a light bulb!

Think resisters needed for signals to prevent hyper flash. Do not think needed for steady lights.

I just replaced the bulbs in my 2010 with Auxbeams and it was plug n play with no problems, except for oncoming traffic before I adjusted them.

No resistor needed. I have Auxbeam NF-S1 in my headlights and fogs. I just had to lower beam 1 or 2.

TundraTSS19 - Are you satisfied with these? I ordered before I seen how much trouble to change them out. Was debating on keeping or sending them back.

Very satisfied with the light output and beam pattern. It's not difficult to install at all. There are YouTube videos that show how to remove the grill to get the headlamp assembly out to change bulbs. The Auxbeam black base that locks into the headlamp I removable so you can place the oem rubber boot over top of it before you install the actual LED bulb. Leds must face side to sice with the deflector cap facing on top.

It's so simple. I can do it in 15 min. All you need 8s a 10mm socket & ratchet, flat tip screwdriver to pop clips out and

Thanks to you, I just bought Auxbeam headlights, fog lights (55w ones) back up lights and cargo lights for my 19 TSS Crewmax. While I was at it I picked a lightbar to fit into the bumper area. Thanks!

I recieved everthing from Amazon. I was going to switch out the fog light last night, but as luck would have it, one of the bulbs dont work. This has me questioning the quality of these. Also noticed that my truck doesnt have the inner fender liner that covers the fog light housing. Will this be an issue?

Did you put them in backwards? Some bulbs are poliarty sensitive. They're definitely suppose to be a liner that covers the fog lights. May want to go bck to the dealer and ask them about it.

I switched them around to confirm. 1 bulb worked in both driver and passenger side and the other didnt work in either. I'll have to check on the liner. Will it cause any issues running without it?

They could’ve just trimmed the bottom off the panel after your lift instead of flat out tossing them out.

Update for all. Got the replacement bulbs. Got the fog lights in, no issues. Definitely an improvement there. Now, where the fun begins. Got the grill off. Started on the driver's side. When I was pulling off the filler piece under the light, a clip that holds the part under the filler panel to the truck broke. Since this is a new truck, I stopped there and decided to just let the dealer do it, since I had to go back anyway. Because I coundnt get off work for this, I called the service manager and explained what I broke, to fix it when changing the bulbs. Also sent written note what needed to be done. 1st trip, dealer got the bulbs switched. When I got home to look at it, passenger bulb was in backwards and they did not replace the broken plastic clip. 2nd trip, (Wife again had to take it for me) fixed the passenger bulb, but didnt have the plastic clip to replace. Service manager went to get one off another Tundra on the lot, and it broke. So they ordered the clip. Got home, there is a greasy finger print inside the passenger light. Looks like whoever did the work stuck his finger throught the light hole to hold the light. 3rd trip coming up. I have scheduled this one when I'm able to go.

This morning is the 1st time I have drove it with the new bulbs in. Low beam look to be an improvement. Not sure high beam is any better. Also noticed, that the auto dim does not work with the fog lights on.

What was the process of adjusting them for oncoming traffic?

Did something have to be adjusted in the light housing itself?

Or was it just a matter of using the automated adjuster that is to the left of the steering wheel, kinda sorta on the dash?

    Thanks.

Yes I had to use the auto adjuster you speak of. They are quite a bit brighter than my oem bulbs and the oncoming traffic was letting me know so I was able to lower them enough to reduce those numbers and still see great.

Sorry to hear you're having so many problems just to get the bulbs installed. I've removed my grill 3-4 times without breaking any tabs. It must be the way you pulled on them as well as the dealer. You have to pull down and put for the trim piece under the headlight.

I tried pulling that trim piece form the front, wasnt having it. The plastic clip broke when trying to pull from the wheel well. It wasnt a tab on the trim that broke, it was a clip on the black pastic piece that the trim attaches to, a white/clear push pin tab on the backside.

Any issues with your high beam not working with your auto dimer? Mine would only work if I turned off the fog lights

Not sure I follow in that. I keep my lights on auto. Everything works fine. My fog lights are always engaged but only come on when the headlights automatically come on.
