I'm a crop consultant out here on the CO-KS border. Took me two years after graduating college to find the right job, but sure glad I found it!

Personal trainer. About to venture into my own business. Can't stand a company taking 75% of my profits just because i use their facilities. (Yes, I'm aware the gubment does the same, but at least I won't have two companies taking my profits....better?) LOL

Hey! Me too! I don't have my vids uploaded to YouTube though, just on my phone . I've been working on my back, hamstring, and calf flexibility and took a lot of time off squat and deadlifts. Idk my squat max, been a while since I did that but I pulled an easy 405 deadlift from a 2 inch deficit the other day could maybe do 455ish from the floor and max bench ever was 390, probably could only do 365 now.

As far as do for a living question though! I'm a college student working on my MBA. My BS is in business, I would love to open my own gym around here for more serious power lifters. I currently work at Walmart part time until I go into their management program. Unless something that suits my interests comes along first.

Nice! Always a plus when someone wants to open a gym for serious lifters and powerlifters! I'd love to do that after I make some cashola training! Already know it'll be all barbells and Dumbbells (of course the cable lat machines a must) but hardly any machines! Purist baby!!

Backgrounds the same as yours. BA in marketing followed by an MBA. Decided office crap was making me crazy, much rather be surrounded by iron and steel than cubicle zombies! LOL

You've got a lot more tenacity than I do... Either that or your retirement program isn't as good. I've got 12 years in and 18 to go. I'll be out after 30 years at the age of 52 with a good retirement. Probably end up with some kind of part time job afterwards, but that is a long ways away.

My uncle and I have a joke going. The more crack the plumber shows, the more experienced he is. Any truth to that?? E.g. Only tighty whiteys showing = apprentice. Full moon = plumbing guru)

Yeah, I gotta figure out how to use this business thing for something I love. Cars, guns, and 45lbs plates. Somewhere there has to be some money lol.

The gym I go to is one of the best I've seen so far, it's got a room in the back dedicated to powerlifting. All competition regulation equipment, Dumbbells all the way up too 200lbs, ect. Idk if you've heard of Pete Rubish or Nick Wright but they just did a video together at my gym. Got to meet Nick.

I'll have to load my PR vids up one day.
