I have been running crazy the last few weeks and one more week to go before I take a week off, its been a year since I took a week off, and I really need it...

So today I woke up freaking hungry, so heres some eggs, bacon, home made breakfast sausage and whole wheat toast. Yes the eggs a little over done but that's how I like em, cant stand a runny egg...bacon was perfect tho....

I'd probably weight 240 working at a doughnut shop. Sounds like heaven.

I weigh 180lb standing at 6' tall. Doughnuts don't get to me. Or it might just be the 30 mile mountain bike ride every weekend that helps me maintain my weight.

Probably helps. My metabolism hasn't slowed down yet either, but a doughnut shop would most likely do it lol.

LOL light weights, I am a big guy, about 350, 6-1, broad shouldered, I carry the weight well, gave up trying to get back to my high school weight of 260. my doctor just looks at me and says you are a big guy, just try to lose a little, I then go make more ribs and drink a few beers. I am 50 and on the down hill side of this thing called life...screw it...

Ha oh come on, weighing 195 doesn't make me that much of a lightweight! I usually weigh 205 but the summer heat and the extra exercise from the new job made me lose it.
