Just installed Crux Interface!!! Basically I can see everything including netflix, Amazon Video, Youtube, etc on my Entune... WOW.. easy install and easy setup. Video in motion has to be bypassed though everytime by just pressing the select button on your steering wheel for 2.5 sec. 20160526_194722.jpg

I have the basic harness (just the rca inputs, but it includes the bypass).

Super easy install and I love the product and the support the company offers.

Kinda jellous with your wifi kit.

I used the rca cable input function of the crux system to add in a media player so that I can stream video content over the head unit. My added media player is hooked up to 700Gb hard drive filled with video content. The touch functions do not work as it simply allows a pared device to be viewed over the screen. To use my media player I need to use a remote.

2012+ you can get WVIRY-01. THis allows A/V transmission via wifi connection from your iPhone or Android. If you just want A/V jack where you can plug in your media course you can do that as well. eBay and Amazon sells WVITY -01 for 319- 299$..

So.... why not buy a mirabox for $70? Seems like it would work exactly the same for less than a third of the price...

The entune does not have an rca input on the back so there is no way to use your mirabox unless you do something like the crux vity-01 first.

I love my set up and highly recommend it to everyone.

That's kinda cool, but without it bypassed you'll only be able to activate your video sourse when your in park with E-brake on

What you want is the avity-01 and a media player or even better a raspberry pie 3 with wifi and mirroring. That would be the cheapest option

While this looks cool I'm hard pressed to buy it as I could just throw an iPad on my dash or mount. Am I missing something?

The mirroring is nice, but I just can't think $400 is worth it. It's easy enough to wire a ground to bypass having to be in park, and that mirabox does the same thing for less money. Just my opinion, I doubt I will install either, but if I did, it'd be whatever is cheaper. This isn't something that you get what you pay for - no matter what device you use or how much you spend, you're still mirroring your phones screen. As long as whatever you use does that... You're good.

    Hi. Can anyone help?
I bought the mirabox and the cable needed to plug into my Toyota tundra head unit. There was only one space available to plug it in. The USB and aux now appear in the screen but are dim compared to the other icons and I can connect my galaxy s7 to the wifi Hotspot but that's as far as I get.

With Crux, there is a sequence of buttons you have to push on the steering wheel to unlock video while in motion. Not sure what that is for Mirabox..
