In the back of the double cabs the 60/40 bench folds down and then forward to access the storage compartments. The 60 side is easy to figure out because it has a big handle labelled "tumble", but on the 40 side i dont know how to tumble it forward. Does anyone know how this is done so i can access the spare tire lift and wrenches?

There should be matching handles on both sides. The handle on the back of the bottm seat leans the back down then the handle on the front of the bottom seats flips them up.

Thats what i figured but theres only the backrest handle. I know its the right seat because it has the hinges in the front. If you look closely in the manual it doesnt have the tumble handle.

My 06 has the same handles. However, the seats take up so much space I removed the driver's side and just have the solo seat now. Lots more storage space inside!

I've actually kicked around the idea of removing the passenger side seat and installing one of those ARB or Dometic fridge/freezer units. I just don't see myself using it enough to justify $1200 + the battery set up.

I may still remove it and place a good cooler there for road trips.
