Total is about $1700, these are completely LED, so there are no bulbs that can be “changed”. Yes I also include installation instructions.

Finally had time for a few photos. I got the headlamps for the Limited/Platinum with the chrome at the very outside back edge (above orange side marker) to go with the rest of the chrome. The harness from @xrunnerdude67 was built as Option 1 which I believe is stock functionality with DRL.

Off, while the vehicle is not running  or started with the key and the Park Brake set:

    IMG_20190121_092340.jpg

Dim, as they are after a remote start and/or running with the Parking Lights on and the Parking Brake not set. (They flash on/off at a frequency that is too quickly for us to see, but slow enough for the camera to catch so only some sections are illuminated in the photo:

    IMG_20190121_092403.jpg

Running with the Parking Brake released and DRL at full brightness as seen during normal driving:

    IMG_20190121_092751.jpg

Low Beams (taken with camera above beam cutoff so as not to "blind it"):

Brights: (taken with camera above beam cutoff so as not to "blind it")

    IMG_20190121_092633.jpg

    ...and signals (boomerangs/hockey sticks):

    IMG_20190121_092602.jpg

And an ENORMOUS thank you to @xrunnerdude67 for the harness build (Option 1). These aren't simply a bundle of wires held together with tape, they're all the correct connectors that make this Plug and Play, correct wire lengths that were figured out, a relay is necessary, the correct factory-type harness pin, fuse, and wire-tap connector (optional) was included and everything was encased in loom and fully taped up and/or heat-shrinked.

    Addendum:
Oh, the filler panels look like they're Toyota's "Cement" color. They're currently unpainted actually. They blend in enough that I'm just going to wait until motorbike riding weather when the truck sits for weeks at a time to take them off to be painted.

@xrunnerdude67 think I want option 3 which would be nice to only have them on when parking/headlights on. You said that's completely plug and play right ?
Thinking of buying the lights from retrofit source.... Anyone Else buy from them ?
I have a 08 crewmax with no DRL

If I order soon what's lead time ?

Was told when you get the trim filler pieces that you need the clips for it too. Is that true or have you guys been reusing the clips from the OE ones? My stock fillers broke off on the tabs that connect on the fender side a while ago so looking forward to new ones.

One thing that kind of surprised me, was that these headlights seem to have a slightly different fitment than the stock ones. The gap between the grill and the headlight kind of opens up at the top near the hood. Not a huge deal, but did anyone else notice this? Or was it this way all along with the stock lights and i never noticed?

You can re-use them if they don't get buggered up during removal. Mine have been out several times and I used them again, although they're getting a little loose now. I'll probably gather another set the next time I'm near a dealer.

Dont even know how you remove the trims without breaking these. I remember when i first removed my 08 headlights and they wouldnt pop loose. had to break them then put a screw through it to hold it in place lol.... real professional looking huh lol

I find they pop out pretty easily if you first remove the clips, rotate out and away from the truck, then rotate slightly downward toward the ground while applying a pulling force

I usually use a flat head screwdriver or trim removal tool. Take the clips out and then pull slightly outward away from the grille while putting a microfiber towel around the edge of my screwdriver/removal tool inserting it between the fender and the panel, twist it slowly until I hear a pop lol. I have removed mine at least 4-5 times, but now they’re out for good. Got a fresh pair for a 2018 Sequoia!

Ok quick question to you all. So all of us that are getting these leds I know there are 2 different ones one with chrome one without. And of course some of us have been looking on eBay, did anyone see the assweed that has the used one with busted tabs for $830 plus shipping
I sent him offer of course he rejected it I sent him a message and told him he was on crack he said he’s charging that much because it is the AFS version not the non AFS. Didn’t know of such a thing. Anyone know what AFS is ???

AFS is Adaptive Frontal Lighting System, this moves the beams when you turn your steering wheel when turning. The Sequoia lights do NOT have AFS.

I can only find references to the AFS system in combination with projectors. I can't imagine that aspect of them working on the Tundras anyway, there'd almost unquestionably have to be an ECU and associated wiring and possibly sensors that'd be required. I don't recall seeing any reference to them on the various dealership sites I've been on while looking for mine, but I wasn't looking either.
