So found a killer deal on a Icon Stage 1 front coilovers and rear piggy back shocks with Method wheels 5x150 on toyo rt 20x9 35x12.50. The wheel offset is +25. My question is will this setup work on my 2018 platinum without doing any other mods. I know eventually i will need to do UCA but im wondering if this setup will work right away without doing any cutting to the body or frame. Also anything else i would need to buy before installing.

    Thanks

I do believe you need to do a little more work to the front plastic lining and remove the front mudflap

I just had this installed this on my truck. How much lift are you going to try to get? The front wheel well piece behind the fog lights will need to be trimmed slightly. That’s all.

To get 3” of lift you’ll most likely need to go past the 2” of exposed thread (start of thread on top to adjustable ring) limit set in the instructions. The description says 0-3.5” of lift. No way to achieve this without going past it.

Slap them on, take it home - and cut the shit out of the inner plastic fender liner behind the fogs until it stops rubbing. (4.5” angle grinder with a grinding wheel)
Toyo’s run smaller than the Nitto Trail Grapplers I have on now.
I was running 35x12.50x20 Toyo A/T’s prior with only a 2” front lift and had zero rub with minimal trimming.
After the 35x12.5x18 Nittos and now at 3.5” front lift, I had a lot of trimming to do.
    (Remove mudflaps)

(eventually) on the UCA? With you possibly aiming at 3+ inches of lift you'll see the need of a UCA a lot sooner than later especially if you want to preserve those tires. You're gonna sacrifice something, either drive comfort or caster/camber without em. Just a heads up so take it for what its worth.

Yes they did the alignment. They refunded the pro comp kit. So I got the icon Coilovers and rear shocks. But I need UCA’s. Trying to get them on the total chaos group on here but I need them sooner rather than later.
