Actually I like the chrome. It ties into the center caps. Thinking about steps next.

If anything, I’ll either take them off and slap some paint on, or get some prerunners. Not in a rush though.

They tie in well with the center caps IMO
Do want to get rid of those bulky steps, but Doc needs them even being a 5’8” woman. So better looking steps are next LOL

I’m like you in that aspect. I like chrome in moderation. Haven’t really wanted to justify spending a thousand or so on bumpers, nor do I want to go through bringing it in somewhere to pay for paint (it would have to be color matched... can’t stand the all black OEM bumper look). Keeping my bumpers stock seems to be the best option given my hang ups.

Now on the third gens, I’d definitely have gotten them wrapped.

This is my first truck I’ve ever modded (period) and don’t really want to sink a ton of money into it. Now, the next tundra I get will absolutely have everything I want from the get go!

Thanks Dave! In all honesty, I think they look better on Black and Blue. Silver and white also pull them off nicely. Only other colors I don’t like them on is Pyrite Mica and Quicksand. Just doesn’t fit.

I’m just glad I have a color that fits well with bronze!
