I have a 2010 Tundra Double Cab and I’m going to add some subwoofer(s) to the back under the seat.

Interested in people posting their builds, preferably with pics if possible.

I’m thinking of going with 4 shallow mount 8’s under the seat.

I had an 07 doublecab with a custom sub enclosure under the rear seat. The subs were front facing Alpine type R 8's (2). They were side by side behind the driver with a single port at passenger door. I still have the box collecting dust. I'm in the northern California area. If you're within driving distance, it's free.

I recently bought this box (dual 10") from Fox Acoustics for my 2008 double cab. https://www.foxacoustics.com/products/tundra-double-cab-2-10-vented-07-up-downfire It is 1.9ft^3 and tuned to 36Hz. I used two 10" 4Ohm W1 JL subs in it (10W1v3-4). It goes under the drivers side section of the rear seat. I liked that it left the smaller area under the passenger side rear seat open for stuff.

This is how it sits when installed under the seat (subs face down which I like)

It comes right about flush to the front edge of the back seats

how did this box work out for you. I can’t find a lot of options for 10” sub boxes for the double cab.

I think the Fox Acoustics box along with the JL W1s are great. Nice strong fairly deep bass. I drive it with the 5th channel of a D4S JP95 (700W). One thing I like about the box is that it doesn't take up the entire area under the back seat. I cut my OEM under seat storage box and kept the section under the passenger side rear seat.
I was not against spending the money on either of the Stealth boxes, but I really wanted to hear them in person.... especially the smaller version.
Here is the big version https://www.jlaudio.com/products/sb-t-tundb3-10tw3-bk-car-audio-stealthbox-94594 (for $1500). JL shows it current and Crutchfield says it will ship directly from the manufacturer. I bet it kicks with the W3s in there.

The little one is showing discontinued (at JL) although I think when I was looking it might have been available still. https://www.jlaudio.com/products/sb-t-tundc-8w7-bk-car-audio-stealthbox-94347 I found a few people online that had it (smaller version) and really liked it, but I wanted to hear it. No dealers around me had it.
