Do not think ECT will actually impact the 0 to 60 times. Several video tests from places like TFL debunked this with the Tacoma too.

He made it sound like the Entune system and grill were changed for 2019 models. Is that true? I cant really tell a difference from looking at the video. Or was he comparing it to some older model year? Maybe I missed something.

Stereo looks the same as my 15. The grille is the same size along with the surround and bulge, the insert is the same as the 18 as far as I can tell.

The only little thing I noticed was the digital clock readout on the entune screen. Dont think I've ever seen that before.

Didn’t notice that. Maybe it is updated. I bet it sounds the same though.

The tow /haul button is not the same thing as the ECT button on the newer Tacoma.
The Tundra platform is much older that the new 3rd gen Tacoma so that ECT technology is not in the Tundra.
Since tow/haul changes throttle mapping and reduces drive-by wire throttle delay, your throttle body opens faster.
The input of you stomping on the gas is the same, but the delay is shorter, meaning truck reacts quicker.
Another big difference is V8's make more toque lower in the rpm range, even if the 3.5l V6 reacts quicker with ECT, it is still a sedan engine platform with little torque to help get moving until midrange rpm
    Apples to oranges comparison.

This. Tow/Haul makes a dramatic difference compared to ECT in the Tacoma I drove months ago.
