I don't think this will be an issue at all. There are far many more issues that require attention like texting while driving. This is a huge problem if you ask me and it's upsetting when I see people doing it going 75 on the freeway or holding everyone up at a stop light because they're on their phone. The exhaust thing will probably be enforced more in San Francisco and Beverly Hills where the yuppies live. Inland where I am, it will probably be encouraged to rev up your exhaust lol.

That's some crazy shit. Seems ridiculous that it is a higher fine to have modified exhaust or be stopped at a bus stop than it is to pass a school bus with flashing lights or not have children buckled up in a car.

Completely agree. $382 for driving with high beams seems high too, more often than not that's a mistake. These days with almost every car running projectors they're just as bright as high beams when they get behind you.

Maybe they should go look for the illegal conversions instead.

I know, man. It's insane. Go to Ft Collins and see how much building is going on up there.

Thanks for clarifying the title. Considering it was originating from CA I wasn't sure if this was going to be a 'I'm coming out of the closet screaming' or 'I'm coming out of the garage in a screaming truck' post.
