I have a Pro, so I’m leveled. It’s barely touching the plastic in the front fender, I just need to work the plastic a little

What??? You're getting rubbing? Are we talking 'bout your tires rubbing or something else?
    Doesn't sound right with a 285. What's your offset and what's your caster #?

I’m at +18. I didn’t think I would rub either but at full lock it rubs and in reverse

Edit: I’m talking about the tires

Bruce beat me to it..... More caster! Increasing the caster (by adjusting it with the eccentrics on the LCA) will move the wheel forward and should eliminate your rubbing.

Like Bruce said caster is one of the angles adjusted during an alignment. Not sure how much you can gain with the stock upper control arm

^ I'm familiar with the caster adjustment, I always ask for over 3 when possible, but 0 toe and 0 camber with no adjustment for road crown is a new one.

Is that just to make for better off road handling? Or what's the logic behind it?

Yes and no... adjustment for road crown screws w the chamber and toe and because our trucks are so wide and w bigger tires and wheels we really don’t ride in the natural road grooves... so road crown adjustment will cause the truck to wonder and not feel right. Plus best off-road setup... you want the tires flat and straight. Mac traction and steering grip.

Is it rubbing on the front of the fender liner or on the body mount at the rear?

    You are correct Bruce.
If it’s barely touching I would just heat the plastic up with a heat gun and try to give it some relief to push it away from the tire.

    Roger that!

Wheel to wheel I'm about 4" narrower than a stock Tundy, so like 9-10" narrower than you
Think the road crown adjustment is still important to ditch?
(I'm around 76" wide, not actually measured, just guesstimate based off stock specs + wheels and tires)

I just checked it, I’m not rubbing on the body. It’s just slightly rubbing on the plastic up front and the mud flap behind. Only on full turn. Once I need new tires I’m going up a size, I’ll be ready for the BMC by then.

Get the hack saw out :sawzall:

I’d say yes you are still wider than most cars! And lol you are 4” narrower than stock tundra my Lt kit is 5 inch wider and I’m 0 offset so another 2” wider per side so I’m 9 inches wider than stock tundra + 4 for you so I’m 13” wider lol that’s why I call her a fat girl :rofl::rofl::rofl:

    :rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl: Tina you fat lard!

Idk if the width measurements we're fender to fender, or wheel to wheel:

    per the googlemachine
    upload_2019-1-10_10-16-47.jpgupload_2019-1-10_10-17-3.jpg

I put the Tundy at 80, and my Tacoma at 74 ehh we'll say 75. I also have 0mm offset wheels at 8" wide, and they barely poke out from the fender hence my guess of 76".
Your truck has the 2.5+ kit, and rolling on dirty sevens  with a 12.5" width I'm sure. but one thing I didn't think about are 0mm offset wheels stick way further out on a Tundra than a taco. So yeah, your fatty is probably a good foot+ wider :eek2:

^ yes I'm over anal-izying all this shit

Next alignment I'll try for max caster, 0 toe, 0 camber and no road crown adjustment and see how see does! I think I'm due for one after my truck tried to pick a up a penny!
