LEDs come on the SR5 trim with the TRD package and up. Halogen with daylight LED strip on regular SR5 and lower.

Does anybody know much about the oem led headlights?? Are they plug and play for my 19? Or do I still need all these optional harnesses? I’m thinking of just running these...

You do need a harness for them to work properly but they make it plug and play

So I have a question because I can’t seem to wrap my head around all this...Alright here’s goes i have a 2016 Tundra SR5 crewmax I have stock halogen but i want to run some leds to brighten up the road. Do I need to sale a limb to get all new led headlights or is there anyone i can run some good led bulbs without having to purchase the whole thing? What exactly do I need as far as products? All of this is Chinese to me...can someone break it down for me? Give me my options for what i already have? Thank you!

    Good idea

The scattered light in the pics above is bad. Its scattered everywhere. They are bright and the color is nice and white, but to an oncoming driver, or in inclement weather, that scatter is brutal.

You did the right thing. Doing it right costs a little more hit is exponentially safer for everyone on the road.

Are those the bulbs in the pics above? If so then year there quite a bit of scatter in those photos.
I havent seen an LED or HID bulb that doesnt scatter light in a halogen bowl. They are just so bright and the bowl is not designed for bulbs that bright.
