    OK, I searched the forums, but my results were inconclusive.

    I bought swingcases to go in my Tundra. I then decided (without doing much research) to replace the bed cover. I ended up purchasing a diamondback HD. After looking at some install videos, I'm concerned that the swingcases might interfere with the locking mechanism of the diamondback cover.

    Anyone with a diamondback HD cover have swingcases installed? Any interference?

    I've tried google many different google searches. It seems this isn't a common configuration.

    Can anyone with a Diamondback HD tell me how far the locking mechanism extends below the top of the bed?

    I had a swingcase under my db HD and it mounted with zero issues.

    20170915_214816.jpg This shows with cover closed and how the locking bar for DB just slides under the track by the bed rail. The bar probably goes under it by around a half an inch to an inch. You definitely won't have any issues with that combo mounting it. Long as you have the track for the bed cleats. As u can see in mine, I was even able to still use those bed cleats too. Just got to slide them out the way of locking mechanism bar slide of DB.

    I been on the sight for a few years now (although not frequently). I just traded my 2016 TRD Off-Road for a 2019 TRD Sport. I had plenty of mods on my old truck, now I'm just trying to do them right the first time.

    I’ve seen Mike’s truck with the swing box and then again with the bed slide. Both were awesome Setups. Mike’s truck is still the best I’ve ever seen. Life goals.

    Tnx buddy. I'm hoping it's about to get even better with the addition of these 35x12.5 pitbull Rockers on some fuel vector rims. Got the tires, in process working out rims. That with a bmc and bumper shim I'm guessing will be even more badass.
