I have a 2011 Tundra on which I am considering installing towing mirrors. Most of the decent aftermarket units are power and heated, like my standard mirrors, but also have signal lights, which my Tundra does not. Is the wiring already in place for this, or is this something that must be re-wired? Thanks in advance!

I replaced my original small mirrors with aftermarket tow mirrors on my 07 DC SR5 just recently and all the wiring was there for the signals.

Yeah so far, had to get used to the blind spot mirror, and adjusting it correctly, but now I can't live without it.

My normal mirror heaters don't defrost my mirrors as fast as my 4runner used to. Are the tow mirrors any better? I wasn't sure if it was because of how much bigger a tundra mirror is.

Yep, I agree. Here's one with the silver cap little mirrors.
I wanted to get rid of the chrome and the mirrors are small. With the tow mirrors it looks better, and I can see better. Now I just need to delete the rest of the chrome to match.
