Let's see those Cement Tundras

@lionix thats that I thought and seriously considered about bidding on it.

@ARES I think the broken front wheel is what might be the reason why someone private who wouldn't want to take on this project, it could just be tie rod end but one can't tell without inspecting.

@GodlessPro I saw your previous truck and yaap I have to agree but this truck has been doctored, from the engine bay view you can see the windshield wipers are missing I believe that the windshield may have cracked in the accident and the seller (iaai) may have replaced it to increase the resales value.
Doctoring cars aren't new, it been done by resellers, just see some of samcrac's videos on youtube he has some vid covering such topics.

I just wish I had space and opportunity to find such truck and rebuild it myself. I know I'd spend the extra time and do it right but it just sucks that second-hand car dealers would bid high and rebuild such truck with minimum effort and workmanship and price it high. On a second thought, i think by posting it here may have triggered some extra bidders lol

Looking for the TRD pro grille
LED all interior, license plate, and reverse lights.
Have been looking at what lift to do
Along with tires and wheels
Tried to jump on the @bamufflers group buy for the 8”, but got a pregnant wife and id like to see the baby born.
Have been looking at a S&B or AFE CAI, but leaning towards the TRD filter.
TBS, I like the whistle I know it does nothing.

Right when I got it towing the boat already had the grill and hood painted pieces before I got the truck. Still want a 2.5-3” lift wheels and tires and the chrome bumper caps color matched

 

Finally dechromed. Thanks to Roman and Sparks parts for the great service.

 

Question: I'm in the market for my first Tundra and I love this color. Is it only available in the Limited and SR5 trim levels? I can't seem to find it on a Platinum model.

I think Cement is treated by Toyota as an TRD color, meaning you need to get the TRD offroad package to get it. The Platinum and 1749 models don't have the offroad package as an option. That might not be extactly right, but it is something like that.
When I had to replace my Pro, I was looking at the Platinum, but ended up with the Limited, because I love Cement.

 

In Canada it's only on the SR5 for 2018/19 or TRD Pro for 2017.

 

Gotcha. I've been looking hard at the Platinums, but I'm not sure the added benefits are worth the extra money. I hope I can find a good Limited with this awesome color!

I'll tell you this: I LOVE the cement color, but after owning my truck for a little over a year I wish I had spent the extra on a Platinum. If you're planning on dechroming a limited you'll be spending half to 2/3 of the extra money it costs to get a Platinum anyway.

 

18 SR5 in Cement. Best color IMO!
