I would like to start a Mica Bronze thread. I have not seen one. One of the reasons could be that the color is so rarely seen. I believe it is the best color. Anyway here is my pics of the transformation from when I bought it until now. Would like to see the other members of this forum to post their pics.Part time.jpgtheir Part time.jpg 20181014_175352.jpg 20181014_123950.jpg 20181225_153143.jpg

Sharp! Did they have the Pro grill in that color, or did you have to get it painted?

I like that color. Maybe it's just the light, but the bulge and grille surround almost look like a different color.

It is awesome how the paint reacts to the shade and sun, that's why it is the best color.

I ordered the platinum grill then took a TRD center ordered off of ebay and put it in. It was a pain I even had a of grill to practice on. The chrome one which seemed easy until i got to the TRD.

I ordered the bulge from ebay the surround from sparks. The buldge is the right color but does not have the metallic flake in it. Drove me kinda crazy at first until I figured it out. When I get more money and if I am not trying to do a different mod will order a new one.

You know we are rare as Double Cabs. Once talked to a guy that thought 4u3 was 1791 color only. I added leather so same thing and a lot of 1791s are not 4x4s.

Really thought all the 1791s would be 4x4. Have not seen any other double cab in this color locally. Like your engine bay. I am still thinking of another color that would go good with the mica.

looking at Platinum and 1791s online it is not that uncommon for them to be 2x4s, I would say wild ass est. of 20%.
