I have noticed on mine that air is always blowing out of the dash vents. I only noticed one day when I grabbed my phone off its mount(near vent) and realized how hot it was from the heat hitting it. I did check the drivers floor vent after having a Tacoma and just chalked it up to a much larger area for the air. The air does seem a little weak, but I also thought I felt it coming from 2 separate vents under dash. Anyhow, mine seems like plenty of flow once the air is warm. Another thing I noticed is even when I have it on mixed defrost/floor, air still flows from the rear vents in the console. Strange..

Very disappointing with the bottom air flow. Michigan winters need that heat for comfort and help dry the mats. Took mine to the dealer to bitch, all I got back, we had no other complaints!

Why would they address this issue when they are completely ignoring the more widespread TSS issues or for that matter cam tower leaks.

Did the older models have the rear vents on the center console? Those tend to rob air when floor, dash or mix of both is selected. I believe its minimal out of the rears when defrost is selected.

Need floor heat in the winter in Wisconsin too. I thought I would love my tundra but after two months it is not living up to my expectations. I've had a lot of vehicles - Hondas, Toyotas, Lexus' and Chevys I think I may be done with Toyota after buying my 1st new vehicle. This heater issue is "not an issue" according to the dealer. Guess I will have to wear heavier boots until my lease is up.
