Must have CHEAP MODS

Cheap mod suggestion: puddle lights. I found mine on eBay for $13 and they're plenty bright.

 

Oh and the tailgate lock that locks when your doors lock. Amazon had them $8 for TWO lol

 

The best thing I have done to my truck so far cost like $17 for a set of LED tape lights for my running boards. I get more comments on them than I ever imagined. They are awesome

Where did you actually mount them?

 

on the frame rails... there are a couple of bolts at each end, so I went right below them. I cleaned the area really well and used the 3M adhesive tape

Medium Quartz Grey
I got sample chips for ALL the colors and this one was the closest match. If there were a spectrum going from light Quartz to Medlium Quartz (0-100), Cement probably falls somewhere around 75... (closer to Medium than light)

 

How'd you wire these up? Are they just wired into your interior lights /door lights or do they have a separate switch, or always on with headlights?

 

Looks really good just curious like others about wiring them up and whether it's always on or do they come on when you unlock the doors etc.

 

Ran it to the harness on the driver side and it only comes in when the bed lights are on.

Should Add some Rigid Reverse lights to rear bumper. They look great and also let you see backing up in the dark so much better.
