Wow, surprised the old timers know how to use a computer. :ohsnap:

Had to explain to my father in law what Skype is and how to install it on his computer.

Let me take it from here, I can speak "old". Skype is a computer program that helps you talk on the phone with your face. Instead of using a phone, you use a computer monitor. In short......don't talk on skype while changing your depends.

Good thing I'm moving this week, I know these guys gotta be good at finding people. Hehehehehehe

I just turned 40 and I can't seem to figure out how that happened. Last thing I knew I was 25! I got carded for beer today by some fat old lady and I just laughed at her.

That just makes the old fogies hate you even more LOL

Kidding, always and still love chilling and shooting the shit with older guys. Soak up that wisdom and those experiences, learn from them, and have a good laugh.

Funny story, back in high school, went to pick up a girlfriend for our first date, girl was still getting ready, so daddy dearest invited me to his garage on a huge plot of land to see his gun and knife collection in hopes of scaring me shitless. Ended up cancelling the date, shooting a few rounds off a beretta 50, drinking more than a few beers, talking life and everything in between and having a knife throwing competition (while buzzed) with the dad LOL
Guy's taught me a lot, but best thing I learned was what it says in my sig. A true warrior "prays for peace but prepares for war". The guy still teaches me something new everytime I talk to him.

I believe that's why God gives us older friends and family, so we can learn from them, and that alone dictates our respect. Of course that doesn't mean we can't poke fun at them!

Seriously though. I can only hope I can attain that level of respect I have for those that have walked the path ahead of us and bestow what I've learned from them and from my own experiences unto others that are younger than I.

Eh, I'm only 33. What do I know?
    Time for a beer.

Nice! I was worried I would be the youngest person on here! I get the old soul all the time....wonder if it's cause I can work on anything w nuts and bolts and still don't know how to fix a black computer screen, 32 checking in, and as Clint Eastwood put it I'm not a big fan of this "pussy" generation
