    Good morning y'all,

After changing my carrier bearing on my 2001, I decided to check up on my suspension parts...

On my rear leaf springs I saw that there was an extra blade that didn't look stock. It says Super Springs on it and I'm not sure if it's a lift kit or something else.

I searched on the forums and on good ol' google and only see things saying that they prevent body roll. Is there anything I should know about these? Should I keep running them or will they potentially hurt the suspension?

    Thank y'all

It appears to be an add a spring kit. I installed a set on my 2016 to add an inch and stiffen the rear for hauling. It shouldn’t hurt your suspension

I wonder if it affects your ride negatively (stiff bucking)? Best anti roll device is a sway bar.

As far as I know, the ride quality feels great so far. Only had her for about 300 miles, and I'm not sure how long the PO had these on for. And in all honesty, when taking turns, I'd say it feels pretty close to the suspension on my Evo X... Still wouldn't take it on the track though lol.
    Thanks for the information sir!
