I have a new 2019 black SR and added the AMP sidesteps and tints. What is your favorite upgrades for this truck. List your favorites.

If that were my truck I'd start by upgrading the wheels and tires and if I had the money, I'd go with a 2 - 3 inch suspension lift. It looks like you won't have to worry about deleting the chrome bumpers. I'd also add a spay on bedliner or a mat.

Leather wrap steering wheel. Husky floor mats. wiper switch (my first mod). Bed rails. Fog lights. Spray in bed liner. RCI skid ( if you change your own oil). Remote start. Pro grill insert. 5100 shocks. Better tires ( I am ok with the wheels). Tow mirrors. That is what I have done to my SR. Tint and steps too but you have already done them.

2"CB shackles, bushings and 1 shim, lockerdown console vault, rear folding seat back mod, snugtop shell with opening side windows, 46g fuel tank, SDHQ sliders and hidden winch, Decked Drawers, Alcan leaf springs and got rid of the interior chrome
The choices pivot on your schedule and finances.
Stuff like seat covers and floor mats are no-brainers and hardly merit calling them mods.
Seeing that you have a Double Cab, one of the best mods you can do is the rear seatback fold down mod, which is free. The Drivers side grab handle is another great mod for little cost.

I see this a lot here. Why? What is wrong with the seats?

If it’s in the budget, tires and wheels will make the most dramatic difference overall. Headlights and tail lights are good upgrades also.

    Lots to go to SR-

I did wheels & tires first- got them in deal at purchase

Then started with low cost custom graphics
Money always an issue- that’s why I bought SR

    Next on list
    Intermittent wiper
    Dirty deeds exhaust
    Grab handle
3/1 or 4” lift & 34/35”’s- once tires wear out

Plenty of help spending money around here

How do I accomplish the rear seat fold down? That kinda catches my attention.

I have added OEM LED platinum fog lights, a bed cover and a tonneau cover.

Thanks for all the input and great ideas.

The seats are fine and the factory upholstery is decent. This being said, many of us are still using trucks for truck stuff and between machine shops, construction, hunting, camping, oil fields, forestry work, etc, it’s a logical thing to put in seat covers for protection of 50K vehicle, simply to keep the value up.
Also since the seats are higher than in passenger cars, there’s a tendency to slide in and out. This causes wear on the edge bolster.

I’d love to cover mine with some nice expensive covers. But I went with some $20 Cosco front seat covers and a fairly inexpensive waterproof dog seat cover for the rear. At least everything is covered even if it’s not very pretty. I actually like the stock cloth seats I just don’t want them getting ruined. I probably have mud on me almost every day of the week. Along with camping and having my daughter and her friends riding in the back after a long day at the beach. It’s a necessity.
