Following - Highly interested in this. I just bought this android deck and I really like it.

It takes a few second to boot - but ownership has been good so far and I like the look of it.

But would love an all in one unit to replace the HVAC controls (if possible).

Plasti Dipped grill and badges. Shorty antenna.

This looks really cool, but I thought I saw on one site it only runs Android 4.4. That's 5 years old at this point. Android is on 9.x.

This one is on my list b/c it at least states it's running 8.x I believe.

Sadly, true. It'd be hard to find apps to install on this old of a version of Android.

That does look bad ass. There was a guy on FB for Tundra Crew that I believe may have just installed one of these.

Looking at the op radio a little more it looks more like a 14+ setup and not a 07-13. The thing that I am most interested in is how it controls the air. Ours are knobs, not buttons.

If no one has ordered yet for an 07-13 and wants to find out for sure I'll do it but I'll need a little time to round up the money. Only have half that right now.

The knobs aren't connected to anything mechanical, it's all controlled electronically- https://www.ebay.com/itm/3679A-TUND...h=item260e943f98:g:lzoAAOSwCWRb~D9K:rk:6:pf:0

Good point. I guess I'm still stuck on my other ride, 85 MR2. It has mechanical stuff moving the temp and flow doors. o_O

Still, I'd love to see someone do this in a 2nd gen tundra and do a full review. If it were not for me needing new brakes for the tundra I'd do it now.

Tons of them on the tundra tesla facebook group. As far as I know as long as you get the fastboot one you are golden. I personally have the 2nd gen unit in my 2015 and love it.
