    I had my friend put a 3rd gen front end with the trd pro grille on my 2008. I love it.

    How much effort was required to fit the 3rd gen skid plate onto your 2nd gen? I want that oil filter access panel, but am also curious about the mess left behind from oil changes and not sure if the swap is worth it.

    I did it on my build. The biggest PIA is the radiator cradle. In order to do it correctly that entire sub-assembly has to be swapped out under the hood and behind the fenders $900 dollars in parts and a ton of labor unless you can find one not smashed up I tried for a month without any luck.

    2nd gen with 2018 Sequoia LEDs look a lot better than 3rd gens imo. Less effort, less money, better light output...win win

    they changed the grille in 2010 from the 2007-2009 model. But you can make it work with an adapter.
