Has anyone ordered a sure fire fit, quality chrome tailpipe tip to fit my 2017 5.7 exhaust pipe?
Looking online, I am skeptical about the pipe I.D that some have advertised.
I measureed my pipe O.D close to being 3”.
Does anyone have a link where to purchase one guaranteed to fit?
    Thanks.

Just go OEM...that’s what I did. You may pay a little more but you will know the quality is there and you will not have issues with fitment.

Oh ok. You mean my local Toyota dealer then.
Why didn’t I think of that!
    Cool, I’ll check them out.

^^^ what they said, OfferUp, or LetGo. People sell them all the time. When I installed my TRD I took the tip off and sold it. It's amazing what you can get. Just sold my OEM shocks last night that I forgot about, and had been sitting in my garage for 2 yrs

Got a crisp $100 bill. After sitting in my garage for 2 yrs I was happy to see them go. I had forgot about them, and really surprised the amount of traffic they pulled in. Probably took about 2 mo to sell I'd guess. I have a 2016, but the guy who bought them got'm for his 2 gen.

The one I bought on Ebay isn't available from that seller anymore, but it's a quality piece and cost $60 on a 15%-off promo code day. I wouln't be wary about buying from a reputable seller with the right toyota part #.

I have a 1794, and installed the Bilstein ride adjust, but the ones that came off where OEM. I watch the classifieds all the time, and see people selling 2, or 4. I sold all 4 of them bad boys, and now I have more mod money:rofl:
When I bought my truck I was able to pick up an Electric retrax for a grand. Guy had it installed, and removed by the same company with all paperwork. It was 3 months old, and he sold it because his Tundra didn't get good gas mileage so he bought another truck

I will be installing a black chrome tip from Toyota. My truck came with the "white" chrome tip, but am blacking out the whole truck.

I’d rather have black than the chrome my TSS came with, but since it’s welded on...I’m just going to keep telling myself that one tiny bit of chrome will be ok, and will go with the polished accents on the black wheels and the stainless bolts on my fender flares. Lol.
