Totally off topic, so please delete if needed, but I saw you in Reno Relentless, just about 20 minutes ago. You were trying to get on the freeway off of Plumb. There was an accident under the freeway. Your truck looks great... you would have noticed my sexy truck but sadly I'm in a rental as I'm just in town for work.

So I was trying to find which member you were and noticed activity in a followed thread. Weird coincidence!

Thanks for the compliment, still a work in progress! I recall that accident under the freeway near the airport, that was a big mess when I was already running late! lol.

 

@Andres got my Tundra horns last week, still need to find time to install but damn they're huge compared to the 4runner ones I also ordered!

 

Heck yeah, the 2014+ Tundra emblem is huge!

I had the TRD emblem, removed it because the finish was uneven. From certain angles it was very apparent. The only pics I have are ones showing the problem, but I can post them if you want!

I still have the incorrect back plate you sent me to correct the problem. I send you a couple PMs to get an address to return it but haven't heard back. If you still want it (you sent a back plate for a gen2, i have a gen3) I would be happy to cover postage and have it returned.

Right now I'm using my stock badge in fugly chrome. =(

I remember your problem quite clearly but I though I sent you another mid bracket.

 

You did - the one I ordered was for a 3rd gen. You sent it but the finish was poor. Then you sent a replacement, but the replacement was for a 2007-2013. I sent you a PM about this, which you acknowledged and said that you would be able to send the one that I actually ordered when you had them back in stock, at that time you said in a couple of weeks. This entire conversation is still available, with images, in the PM thread we have going...



This is the last I heard from you. Sorry to bring it up here, but you didn't seem to be responding to PMs anymore.

finally installed mine.
Might pull them off at some point and bring em by by powder coater and have them done the same color as my bumper, look a little yellow in the shot peen and clear compared to the silver of my truck. Still love it though!
