Any other dirt track fans?

I went to Sharon Speedway for a 100 lap Big Block Modified race tonight and unfortunately Dave Blaney crashed on lap 95, here is a video clip https://youtu.be/BENHyDSe_MQ heres Dave after climbing out of his car

 

Here I was hoping this was 2 wheeled dirt track love..

 

Love dirt track but we do 170+mph in 2.2sec. And the chutes are out before we make our first turn...and approx. 7k hp weeeeeeeeee!

I do know of hemet, are you racing there in OCT? Or generally speaking there's a race there? I'm down in Orange County/Newport Beach

Used to go all the time growing up. Sprint and modifieds. My cousin races midget sprints now, winged and non wing. He's been in the shootout for the chili bowl the last two years. One day he'll get in the actual bowl, when someone pays the $20k to enter. Haven't been since I enlisted due to lack of tracks.
