Yes sir. The bar metal rack was I believe $1,500 or more. I honestly forget exactly how much. Then you have powder coating option, lights and anything else are separate. The plexi isn’t part of the rack. That I did on my own.

 

Washed and waxed.

effin neighbors are burning leaves now I have ashes every gosh dang where............ pisses me off after spending 5 hours on my truck....

 

Washed off all the snow, salt and grime from the first snowfall of the season. We got six inches earlier this week and didn’t really feel like I needed 4wd with the KO2s.

 

Washed her today and used Beadmaker and Wax Addict for the first time. Those are some good products. Also installed the black chrome exhaust tip!

 

Truck looks great. Let's see some more pics of the paint after that beadmaker. @War Machine has been looking for more reviews. And I have failed him lol

Took the rack off today. Storing for the winter. Probably will build a new one before then. My son helped by honking the horn and turning on all the @Baja Designs lights. He was trying to melt the trees.

So are you a fan of bead maker? How often do you need to apply it? Is it comparable to other hydrophobic sprays? less than 15 dollars I am curious to how it compares to products like Topcoat F11 (F11 is like 90 buck... so yea I haven't tried it yet).

**SIDE TANGENT**
I am always looking for new awesome products to keep my truck shine purtty (I'm not bias to a product, I just like the shine). I just finished off Chemical guys InstaWAX and it was pretty kick ass. More than likely, I will probably order Bead Maker and F11 to try them both (my wife says I have a car care product addiction). My motto is empty bottle needs replenishing (not like I don't have a shit ton more of sprays)... I used to do legit paint enhance detailing so I know the trick is, your paint has to be good or any product will struggle to make it shine.

 

Noticed I lost the passenger side weather stripping on the roof of the cab. I don’t know how lol, I don’t do drive thru car washes so I’m guessing it flew off on the highway.

 

Getting jealous of all these clean tundras. It is impossible to keep clean for more than 4 hours in PA winter

I was going to look through the 758 pages here but maybe someone can just answer Anyone modified, painted, wrapped, etc the interior grey plastic pieces? Was thinking it would give it a face lift but I dont want to do something thats going to end up looking tacky or cheap.

 

It’s extremely crazy! Never used anything like this before and I’m blown away. Pretty sure nothing else I’ve ever used felt like this after 1 day. I don’t want it to rain cause it looks soooo good right now but I am curious how it will perform.

 

I have not used F11. From everything I’ve read, it’s priced very high, and offers nothing cheaper sealants do not.

I got the stealth running boards from Toyota when I bought my truck. I like them but I think they are starting to fade a little (which I was kinda expecting). May line x them at some point when they start to look really bad.

 

Thank you sir! This is the first time I’ve used a sealant and I’m definitely a fan of the Bead Maker. Glad I bought a gallon instead of a small spray bottle. Not sure how often to use it but I wanted to try it out going into winter. It doesn’t get crazy cold around here but it will be a while before I can give her a proper detail so I figured I try this to see how it holds up over a period of time.

 

Especially when having fun off-roading in the old anthracite mines outside of Hazleton LOL
