Welcome from Aurora, CO Stephen. Your Tundra looks pretty clean/waxed. You found the best Tundra forum. Any future plans/mods/upgrades? We can definitely help you with that. Lazy time is over. heh heh. By the way your chrome looks good. I have zero problem with chrome. If you like your chrome ...............keep it. Don't go with temporary anti chrome/black out badge fads. (Unless you think plasti dip is the answer for the "lets do it the fake look" groupies.)

Yeah....pet peeve>>> "don't want any scratches on my $40K+ Tundra" guys... with $4K suspensions..........bring it on........... In the mean time I'll be abusing my 07 SR5 DC Tundra 4X4 up in Colorado mountain jeep trails with my "cheesy OME's.............."

I have a tendency to go over the top at times and can be very sarcastic too. That being said, you will find out here that the sky is the limit for what you can learn here (oh wait, there is that budget thing too) A lot of guys here forget that most of us can't afford some really cool off road suspensions that you may never ever need. I'm pretty much hitting the trails this time of year here in CO every freaking weekend. I've 4 wheeled in a lot of crazy places over the last 45+ years without wasting my grand kids college money. I'll give you fair warning, you are going to get blind sided by "what lift is the best, what SHOCKS are the best, "the only good shocks are the rebuild-able shocks". Give me a freaking break. The majority of folks here do not do serious 4 wheeling, they just want to know what are good tires for your particular use. Best tow hitch, best topper, etc. I'm quite frankly tired of hearing about FOX, Kings, ICONs, etc. Why is there no discussion about lockers???? Repeat ...lockers.....Have I forgotten what a true 4X4 is? There are a few guys here that are spending some serious $$$ on suspensions which is very cool. Most of us can't afford to do that, but it's so cool that they are willing to show how it's done. The only other place you can see this happen is in a off road magazine. It's live here. Still need to see "LOCKERS" mentioned in these "high end suspension" Tundras. OK, I'm done ranting. By the way Stephen, how many miles are on your 08???

Very low miles. I'm at 68,172 now. Your Tundra looks very nice as is. Any future upgrades? Scope out this site. There are a lot of cool mods you can do. Brian,@csuviper , (moderator here) has some very cool, reasonably cheap mods that most of us have used or want to do. Sean, @Sean266 , (moderator here) has some cool pics on his build thread too. I still have to spend a lot of time catching up every day on new input from all of the regulars here.

Actually I'd like to eventually lose my front bumper and rear bumper (both chrome), but not because they are chrome. I just want better bumpers. Badge-less is cool. I saw a RAM truck today and the plasti dip was coming off. Looked like crap. Take them off or replace with black badges.

Thanks man for the longest time the truck was just a car hauler (I also have a 1964 Ford Falcon) and a kid hauler...I just put the wheels on it not too long ago. With kid and the house the truck was just a daily.

You left out the target shooting thing (ie: guns.........) Also, as I get older, sarcasm is a lot more fun. I'm not even close to being PC, beer is part of my food pyramid, shooting the shit, that's a given.

What took so long??? COOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A wagon?? Great. Looks good. Real good. We have a drive theater in Commerce City, not far from Aurora. Perfect car for drive in night..heh heh. I really miss the wind wings. Kind of wish my Tundra had old school wind wings.

You can actually do an off topic thread just for your Falcon. I'm sure I'm not the only old fart here that would like to see more pics.
