Does anyone know the largest tire I can go with just a 2 inch front level? I don't want the jacked up look, I would like to keep it lower but stuff the largest tire I can. I'm going 18×9 +20 or +18, thanks

There are members with 295/70/18 on Pro Tundras which has 2 inch lift in the front. Personally I think that's too much rubber for 2 inch. I have 295/70/18 on 3 & 1/2 inch OME lift and feel the tire is on the large side. For 2 inch, I would either go with 275/70/18 or 295/65/18.

I've seen people with 295/70r18 on 2 inch lifts. To me, that just looks entirely too stuffed in. I have 275/70r18 on my 3/1 and it looks great (may jump to 295/70 when these wear out though) like @chphilo said, I'd go with a 275/70 or 295/65. Still gives you that solid built look without it having that "jacked up" look and you won't have to do any trimming. Win win

Thanks for the info fellas, I'll probably just do a 3/1 and call it good.

Have you considered Bilstein 5100 instead of spacers? Not that much more $$ and a whole lot safer, especially if you go off road. Personally, I would not go with spacers for anything more than 2 inches in the front.

Agreed. My lift is pretty much the same as yours. 305's would definitely be a tight squeeze. My new 295's seem to fit well. I had it off hi-way last weekend and didn't get any rubbing. I still want to get the cab mount chop done. It's one thing to have no rubbing driving around on the highway, but you definitely want to have no rubbing when hitting the trail.

I have 285/55/20 and love them. Definitely a little more room in there, but that size looks good imo.

Tough country 2" leveling kit. I did it myself and forgot some bolts that went on top of the main metal part. So ended up being about an inch and a half and not quite level. But still looks good, I'll fix it when I get the time. Not hurting anything.

Also have not put in differential spacers that return axel angles to original angles. I think I know where to put them, after looking at it only one real sensible place to. But the picture in the directions looks much more different, need to do some research and make sure I do that ride. Still, not a big deal and not hurting anything.

Around $300 for front, and $150+ for rear. Just a guesstimate. Or you could spring for the Bilstein 6112's for around $650-700 depending on who you get them from. There are venders on the site you should check out. Toytec and Wheelers Off-road. Hope this helps
