Long time lurker, first time posting...

I'm from Huntington Beach, 23 and driven a Tundra my whole life. Started off with my dad's '00 Tundra 4x4 which we had for 10 years. Sold that as it was a bit small and got an 06 Double Cab 2WD. Drove that for 6 years with no serious offroading and put 80k miles on in and sold it for $4k profit. I loved everything about it, except that it was 2WD. Thought about 4runners or Tacomas, but just couldn't get myself to downsize after having a big truck my whole life. That being said, I bought an 06 Double cab 4x4 from a super nice guy in Arizona! 145k miles in EXCELLENT condition with all routine maintenance done at Toyota dealers.
Starting to make my own mods (including bigger wheels and tires tomorrow!)

Just wanted to introduce myself as a full bred 1st gen owner! I'd love to hit some local trails around Orange County and would love any recommendations for anything in NorCal as well!

Also looking for any suggestions for any 1st gen mods, but particularly front and rear bumpers!

    DANG! Southhhhhh newport haha!

for quick and easy family friendly drives with the dog I go to holy jim. It's a decent spot if you have a 1st gen tundra or a vehicle that can fit through the trails. I tend to trim trees everytime I go. It's got a bit of everything. Technical and tight, pull offs with lakes and forest areas. The end of the trail is the entrance to the forest and a small hike past that point you'll hit the waterfalls :)

It's in trabuco canyon, or if you're a moto rider you'll know it the canyon as cooks corner. It's 5 minutes past cooks corner restaurant. I'm going tomorrow morning to break in the long travel. come join!
