What about your Auburn Gear diff? Now is a good time to slap it on the new truck.

It uses the existing gears in the rear.

I'm under the impression it a complete swap out (with required shim fit kit).

Come to think of it the OEM gears are utilized. I must have had a brain fart.

Wallmart sells plastidip in case you didn't know. However I try to avoid that side show as much as possible as well so totally understand you just having it delivered.

Funny you mentioned that, I went to Walmart to get some plasti dip last night and they were out of black, they had red white and glossifier but no black. How am I supposed to black out much front bumper corners with no black plasti dip

The seller I got my 2014 key from doesn't show in searches anymore.
This one for my 2015 came through fleabay from China. I can get you the seller when I get back in front of a computer.
I'm not 100% sure if this will work yet, or if I will have to graft the transponder out of one of my factory keys. I'll find out in a couple days.

    Update:
The key from China through eBay partially works out of the box. The immobilizer was easy to bind to the truck with Techstream. The remote was another story. In defense of the seller, the listing plainly said it wasn't compatible with 2015 Tundras, or any Tundra. I took the fob internals from my other all-in-one key which had the right transmitter ID, and swapped it into the new key. Since this transmitter worked in a previous truck, it also was easy to bind to the truck with Techstream.
I'm going to do some more searching to locate another supplier with the right key/internals.
